I went looking for a suit and tux rental for my son. I tried Macys, Norstrom rack, Mens Warehouse... and then found Elegance factory. The store is small, but dont let that bias you. We found just what we were looking for. The owner was great 1: 1 help and was able to try on multiple suits. He didnt have the size there, but was to order the right size. Service and quality were great

Had a great experience here, you will be taken care of and find what you’re looking for… even if you’re not entirely sure what you want!
Aymen has a great sense and knows suits well, helped me get one within an hour. And even though the exact size I needed wasn’t in stock, he was able to get it in the next day. Suit is good quality and feels great. Super professional and knowledgeable, very thankful for the help and would definitely go back!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve received from any suits store. We arrived 15-20 minutes before closing and Aymen assisted both me and my friend within 30 minutes and walked out the store both with new suits. Absolutely the best customer experience, super helpful and patient definitely will be back and buy more soon. Can’t recommend enough.
